Bill Smith has extensive experience in the water and wastewater industry, having worked at Trinity River Authority since 1973. Bill currently holds the position of Manager, Development Services, Northern Region, where Bill is responsible for coordinating engineering work and managing construction budgets for water and wastewater system improvements. Prior to their current role, Bill was the Manager of Water Resources Planning at Trinity River Authority of Texas. Additionally, Bill has a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Texas School of Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in biology from West Texas A&M University.
