Tom Davies, PE has extensive experience in engineering and management with a focus on water and sewer planning and hydraulic modeling. Currently serving as Deputy Executive Manager for Planning, Design, and Construction Administration at the Trinity River Authority of Texas since September 2019, Tom has previously held leadership positions including Director of Water & Sewer Planning at Halff Associates and Vice President of Strategic Development at Optimatics. Tom’s career includes significant roles such as Technology Leader at Jacobs, President of AGT Civil, and Global Manager for North America at Wallingford Software. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, Tom's professional journey began as an engineer at Freese and Nichols.
