Karman Kent is currently a Transforming Leaders 2024 Cohort Member at Leadership Triangle. Previously, Karman has held various leadership roles in enrollment management, college counseling, volunteer coordination, and program management at organizations such as Trinity School of Durham and Chapel Hill, The Morehead-Cain Foundation, and Teach for America. Karman holds a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Louisville and Bachelor's degrees in Sociology, Anthropology, and Religion from Kalamazoo College. Additionally, Karman participated in a study abroad semester at Universidad Autónoma Benito Juárez de Oaxaca.
