Blake Catlin has extensive experience in the food service and hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager for New York State at Trinity Services Group since November 2018, overseeing food service operations within corrections. Previously, Blake held the same title at Quaker Steak & Lube while also being part of a task force transition team. Other notable roles include Regional Director of Operations at High Peaks Hospitality and General Manager at various Darden Restaurants locations, including Red Lobster, where Blake managed corporate training and operations. Blake's career began in restaurant management at O'Toole's Restaurant and Pub and Bonnie Castle Resorts, with responsibilities ranging from staffing and inventory management to financial planning. Blake holds certifications in Serve Safe and an A.A.S. in Business Administration from Clinton Community College and Plattsburgh State University.
