Nicholas Sfakianos

Nicholas Sfakianos is an experienced Systems Analyst currently working at Trinity Services Group since February 2013, specializing in Microsoft Office365 Cloud Management, Data Center Management, VOIP System Management, Cisco Meraki Wireless Network Management, and VMware VSphere. Prior to this, Nicholas held the role of Junior System Administrator and Help Desk Support at Power Design, Inc., where responsibilities included Active Directory Maintenance, VPN configuration, and IT Help Desk support. Earlier experience as an IT Helpdesk Technician at MDT Personnel involved data center maintenance, managing IT help desk requests, and providing support across 160 locations. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Security and an Associate of Science in Computer Network Systems, both from ITT Technical Institute-Tampa.
