Kristen Drigon

Kristen Drigon is currently the SVP of Corporate Operations at Trinity Solar. Prior to this, they were an intern at Baltimore Magazine from September 2006 to December 2006. Her previous company was Trinity Heating & Air, Inc. where they worked from June 2001 to June 2008 as a customer service representative. In this role, they interacted with customers to troubleshoot service issues and schedule a service technician appointment as appropriate. Kristen also contacted leads and prospects to schedule sales appointments. In addition to these responsibilities, they also managed the company's first electronic database and matched it with paper records. Kristen has a long history of customer service experience and is dedicated to their work.
