TTQ was founded in 2006 by a Gwen Newnham – a professional vocalist and stage performer, Nanci Echevarria – a professional actor and member in good standing of the Screen Actors Guild and Junita Hughes – extensively trained in etiquette, protocol and fashion.  

Over the years, TTQ has grown substantially and has been recognized as the leading talent and artists agency in Qatar, as well as one of the top talent agencies within the Middle East region.
