Steve Yerkes is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in web development and system upgrades. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Trinity Technology Group, Inc. since September 2014, Steve leads front-end development for the California Department of Health Care Services’ Capitation Management System upgrade. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Web Developer at EMF Broadcasting, where Steve led critical web applications, and at Intel Corporation, enhancing a web application for tracking resumes. Steve also contributed as a Senior Web Developer at Health Net, overseeing the redesign of the HNFS website, and began a career as a Software Developer at American Management Systems, optimizing batch processes for the State of Pennsylvania’s Automated Child Support System. Steve holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.

Addition of four major upgrades to the Medi-Cal Managed Care payment system for the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) that covers 9 million beneficiaries and $30 billion in payments.
