Paul J. Chapa

Paul J. Chapa serves as the Assistant Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management & Safety and Chief of Police at Trinity University since July 2009. In addition, Paul J. Chapa is the Vice President of Chapa Concepts, LLC, a firm involved in threat assessment, technology assessment, and Latin American business development since August 2012. Paul J. Chapa previously held positions such as National President of the Hispanic American Police Command Officers Association in 2013 and Assistant Director/Captain of Police at Texas State University from 2002 to 2009, as well as Police Sergeant at St. Mary's University from 1991 to 2002. Paul J. Chapa holds a Master of Science in Information Systems with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Texas State University and completed the Executive Leadership program at the FBI National Academy.
