Healthcare Team

The Healthcare Team at Trinity Village is dedicated to ensuring the highest standard of health and wellbeing for all residents. Comprised of roles such as Registered Nurse, Director of Resident Care, Public Health Nurse, Nutrition Manager, and Retirement Manager, the team provides comprehensive medical care, manages nutrition programs, oversees daily health routines, and coordinates care plans tailored to each individual's needs within the continuum of care from assisted living to long-term care.
