Founded in 1966, Trinity is a premier provider of programs and services to children and families throughout the United States. We seek team members with a genuine commitment to the empowerment of at-risk children and their families, and a willingness to work in a highly demanding, fast paced environment, which requires dedication and a desire to provide positive role models for the youth in our care. The agency is in the process of implementing Trauma Informed Care (TIC) as the primary, daily practice model for working with clients. Our commitment to each of our clients, and their families, is to provide them with the knowledge, tools and skills to cope with their trauma in a manner that enables them to create positive, lasting relationships at home and in the community and to behave responsibly and reasonably in daily situations.

The Mental Health and Therapy team at Trinity Youth Services is dedicated to providing therapeutic support to children and families facing emotional and psychological challenges. Led by the Director of Mental Health Services, the team implements Trauma Informed Care strategies while offering counseling and resource assistance. Together, they empower clients with the skills and tools needed to foster resilience, enhance coping mechanisms, and build healthier relationships within their families and communities.
