In subsequent roles, Jhanzeb worked as a Software Test Engineer at Lloyds Banking Group and Medidata Solutions, focusing on software testing and quality assurance. Jhanzeb then joined IKEA Group as an API Automation Engineer, working with e2x Limited. At HM Revenue & Customs, they served as the API Virtualization/Test Lead, leading a team to virtualize micro-services and support core declaration management systems.

Jhanzeb's experience also includes being a Senior Software Engineer in Test at Cytora, where they introduced quality assurance practices, built an API testing framework, and used context-driven and exploratory testing approaches. Currently, Jhanzeb works at Trinny London as the Head of QA Engineering, overseeing all quality processes and frameworks for their AI e-commerce platform.
