Amy Jones Gilstad CPCU, ARM, AFSB, AMIM, AIC is an accomplished procurement manager with extensive experience in sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as the North American Plastics Procurement Manager at Trinseo since May 2019, Amy leads a team managing $100 million in raw material spend, successfully navigating supply chain challenges and fostering strong partnerships with suppliers. Previously, at Dow from 2000 to 2019, Amy held several roles including Strategic Sourcing Manager, where achievements included securing $44 million in improved pricing through strategic contracts and earning recognition with the Diamond Keepsake award for exemplary collaboration. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Iowa State University.
