David Stasse

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Trinseo

David Stasse is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Trinseo. Prior to their current role, David served as the Vice President and Treasurer at Freescale Semiconductor from August 2006 to July 2013. In this role, they managed a $10B capital structure and was responsible for investments, financial risk management, cash management, insurance, and real estate. David led seven financing transactions which lowered debt by $2B and annual interest expense by $300M. David also managed the underwriter selection process, syndicate structure, and use of proceeds as a member of the core team that led Freescale's $900M IPO. David established the Freescale Relief Foundation that raised $400k for workers at Freescale's manufacturing facility in Sendai, Japan, who were affected by the earthquake and tsunami.

Prior to their role at Freescale Semiconductor, David served as the First Vice President, Debt Capital Markets at MBNA Corporation from May 2005 to February 2006. Before that, they were the Treasury Manager at SPX Corporation from March 2004 to May 2005. David began their career as the Director of Corporate Finance at Honeywell from May 1999 to February 2004.

David Stasse has a MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business and a BS in Business Logistics from Penn State University.

David Stasse reports to Frank A. Bozich, President and Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Francesca Reverberi - Vice President, Engineered Materials and Synthetic Rubber, Nicolas Joly - Vice President, Plastics and Feedstocks, and Andre Lanning - Vice President, Strategy, Corporate Development and Marketing Communications.
