Nicholas Rems

Nicholas Rems is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in contract management and sales. Currently serving as Counsel and Contracts Specialist at Trinseo since November 2019, Nicholas focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, including sales and partnership contracts, as well as developing contract templates. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Policy and Contracts Counsel at LearnQuest from November 2013 to November 2019, where responsibilities included contract negotiation and policy development. As a self-employed contracting attorney from July 2005 to October 2013, Nicholas specialized in real estate issues and supported legal research and analysis. Nicholas began career at Aries Electronics, Inc. as Regional Sales Manager, overseeing sales operations and marketing strategies across the western United States and Canada. Nicholas holds a Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Penn State University.
