Shaloo Koshy

Shaloo Koshy, CPA, MBA, has extensive experience in internal controls and audit management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Internal Controls at Trinseo since October 2017. Prior to this role, Shaloo was an Audit Manager at Deloitte from January 2011 to October 2017, where responsibilities included planning SOX 404 efforts and collaborating with external auditors. Shaloo also held the position of Manager, Operational Control at Charming Shoppes, overseeing tax provision calculations and ensuring SOX compliance. Earlier experience includes working as an Auditor at Deloitte. Shaloo holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting, both from Drexel University.
