Shannon Coffey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Packing Operative at AQF Ltd during the summers of 2012, 2013, and 2014, where they packed medical goods, ensured compliance with health and safety regulations, and managed stock. In 2014, Shannon joined Ballymagarvey Village as a Waitress and continued in that role until 2018. Shannon then worked at Lawrence Beach Club as a Waitress for a brief period in 2017. In 2018, Shannon transitioned to Icon Geo, where they held multiple roles. Shannon started as a Senior GIS Technician from June 2018 to May 2021, then became a Staff Supervisor from August 2020 to May 2021, and finally assumed the position of Project Manager from March 2021 until September 2022. Currently, Shannon is a Project Manager at Trinzo, starting in September 2022.
