Damjana Nikolic

Damjana Nikolic is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and employee experience, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Manager at Trio since May 2022. Previously, Damjana worked at Alfa Energy Group in various roles, including People Recruitment & Legal Advisor and People Recruitment & Legal Assistant, from September 2019 to May 2022. Other experience includes positions at OTVORENA MREŽA as Program Manager & HR Assistant and Program Coordinator from April 2011 to August 2019, as well as a role as a Student Volunteer - Education Assistant at Wings Of Hope Foundation from February 2007 to February 2010. Damjana holds a Master's degree in Psychology and Neuroscience and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Sarajevo.
