Junlin He

Junlin Junlin is a Data Scientist at Edison Energy, LLC, since February 2017, where responsibilities include developing a Markov-based simulation mechanism for portfolio risk assessment and leading machine learning initiatives for power price prediction. Junlin enhances the company's energy portfolio management platform with geospatial visualizations and collaborates with internal teams and clients to design new product features. Previous experience includes a role as a Junior Data Scientist at Edison Energy, where feature engineering and geospatial analysis were performed, and as a Teaching Assistant at Boston University, focusing on geoscience education. Junlin also interned at Altenex, creating spatial models for solar project analysis, and worked as a GIS Project Specialist at the Yunnan Provincial Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Bureau. Junlin holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Remote Sensing & GIS from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Denver.
