Jessica Minczeski

Director Of Business Development at TRIO Community Meals

Jessica Minczeski has extensive experience in the culinary industry, starting as a Cook/ Barista at Higher Grounds in 2011. Jessica then worked as a Line Cook at The Strip Club Meat and Fish before becoming a Wardrobe Supervisor at Minnesota Opera in 2013. Jessica moved back to the culinary field as a Chef at R.A. MacSammies, followed by a Chef Instructor role at Kitchen in the Market. Jessica continued to expand their expertise as a Chef at Rustica Bakery and eventually became the Chef Owner at The Pickled Pig. Currently, Jessica holds the position of Account Manager and Director of Business Development at TRIO Community Meals.

Jessica Minczeski earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology from Hamline University in 1991. Jessica later obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the International Culinary School at The Arts Institutes International in Minneapolis, MN in 2014.
