Emrah Üstün

Emrah Üstün has been working in the tech industry since 2008. Emrah began their career as a Software Engineer at Pars R&D, where they implemented image processing algorithms and designed and programmed GUIs. In 2010, they joined V-Count as a Software Development Team Lead, where they were responsible for the License Plate Recognition System R&D and performance and robustness-oriented software design in a real-time image processing system. In 2012, they became a Co-Founder and Shareholder of a2 Teknoloji, a software and system provider specializing in video surveillance, industrial solutions, traffic and facility security. Emrah managed the company and made it well-known on the market, and developed key products such as interactive advertisement screens, license plate recognition and traffic enforcement systems, and video surveillance and event detection systems for facilities, tunnels, and railways. In 2019, they joined Trio Mobil as the Director of AI Technologies.

Emrah Üstün's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kocaeli University (2009), a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from Maltepe University (2019-2021), a Special Student in Computer Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University (2011), and secondary education from Çankaya Atatürk Anadolu Lisesi (1999-2002).
