Ann Evans

Ann Evans serves as the Group Head of Centre of Expertise, HR at Triodos Bank since June 2019, with additional roles including People and Communication Workstream Lead and Human Resources Director. Prior to this, Ann took a sabbatical for personal development between October 2018 and May 2019, focusing on upgrading coaching qualifications and reconnecting with personal and family life. From April 2006 to June 2018, Ann worked at Danone in multiple capacities, including Head of Social Impact & Sustainability, where responsibilities involved developing the company’s social innovation and sustainability strategy through collaborative projects with NGOs. Ann also held senior HR roles leading diverse initiatives such as corporate responsibility strategy and team development. Ann holds a BSc in Social Anthropology from Swansea University, an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster, and is currently pursuing a postgraduate certificate in Business and Personal Coaching from the University of Chester.
