Cindy Schaafstra

Cindy Schaafstra has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Cindy is currently working at Triodos Bank as a Domain Lead for Know Your Customer & Financial Crime, managing multiple teams and implementing change. Prior to this role, they worked at FNV as a Product Owner for Ledenbediening. Cindy took a sabbatical in 2018 before seeking a new job. Cindy has also worked at Capgemini as a Managing Consultant, Product Owner, Project Manager, and Account Manager, mainly focusing on private insurance. Before that, they worked at De Goudse as a Team Manager, Business Analyst, and Project Leader, gaining experience in online processes and team management. Cindy began their career at Hays Banking & Insurance as a Recruitment Consultant and Team Leader, and at Randstad as an Intermediary, where they built relationships with clients and filled job vacancies.

Cindy Schaafstra completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 2000 to 2003. In 2008, they also completed the Hays Leadership Development Programme, focusing on Foundation Management.
