Isabel Workel-Tijhuis

Isabel Workel-Tijhuis has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Isabel currently works at Triodos Bank as the Group Director of Human Resources, where they focus on shaping the HR community and making a positive impact on society. Prior to that, they worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as the Director of HR International, responsible for developing and executing the global HR strategy.
