Jeroen Pels

Jeroen Pels has a diverse work experience in the banking sector. Jeroen started their career at Rabobank Zaanstreek as a Trainee in the Particulieren department in 2005. Jeroen then became a Teamleider Particulieren in 2007. Later, they joined Rabobank Waterland en Omstreken and held various managerial positions, including Manager Verkoop & Service and Manager Particulieren. In 2014, they became the Manager MKB and also served as the Acting Manager Financieel Advies. In 2016, they moved to Triodos Bank and worked as the Manager Hypotheken before being promoted to Hoofd Hypotheken. In 2019, they became Hoofd Private Banking & Hypotheken and in 2020, became Directeur Private Banking & Hypotheken. Currently, they hold the position of Group Director Commercial at Triodos Bank since 2023. Moreover, Jeroen Pels was involved in the formation of the Klimaatakkoord 2018 as a member of the Sectortafel Gebouwde Omgeving and served as the chairman of the werkgroep Financieren en Normeren.

Jeroen Pels has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Jeroen also has a Master's degree in Management Cultuur en Verandering from NCOI University of Applied Sciences, which they completed from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, they started a Master's degree program in Business Administration at NCOI University of Applied Sciences and finished it in 2015. Additionally, in 2015, they took a course in Capita Selecta; Accounting and Finance at the University of Amsterdam. Jeroen Pels has also pursued other relevant training programs and completed various bancaire opleidingen and leiderschapstrainingen.
