Pmic Melissa Wagner

Melissa Wagner is a seasoned Regional Property Manager at Trion Properties, Inc., overseeing a portfolio of over 1200 units in Georgia and South Carolina since January 2022. With a strong background in property management, Melissa has served as a mentor to teams and contributes to community service as a member of the Junior League of Charleston, SC. Previous roles include Property Manager and CPM Candidate at RAM Partners, LLC, as well as positions at several other property management firms and the National Apartment Association, where Melissa was a Board of Directors Member and Education Chair. Melissa is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Project Management at Charleston Southern University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Columbia College, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Minot State University. Additionally, Melissa has earned the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
