Mary Love Dorado

Mary Love Dorado is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in customer service and education. Currently, Mary holds various managerial roles at Trip.com Group since December 2017, leading teams and enhancing customer service operations. Previous positions include team lead roles at Wicresoft and Pactera, as well as a customer service representative at PCCW Teleservices. In academia, Mary served as an ESL instructor at Baoding University and Zhuozhou Vocational Education Centre, where responsibilities included creating lesson plans, conducting lectures, and guiding students in language proficiency exams. Mary obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from West Visayas State University.
