Alex Wang

Alex (Chenlin) WANG currently serves as the 人事主管 for the International Business Unit at Trip.com since March 2023. Previously, Alex worked as an Onsite Recruiter at Google through Randstad, supporting recruitment for Greater China in various functions, including Sales and gTech, from December 2021 to December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Recruitment Manager at Carrefour China and as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Dassault Systèmes, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment processes. Alex's career began with an HR Internship at AMD, where candidate databases were maintained, followed by research assistant roles at Iowa State University in the Memory, Law, & Education Lab and the Applied Cognition Laboratory. Alex holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Iowa State University.
