Jack Furness

Jack Furness is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in enhancing user experiences across various platforms. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Trip.com since February 2023, Jack previously worked at DAZN Group, where a focus on optimizing the sign-up experience contributed to the growth of the customer base for the sports streaming service. Prior experience includes significant roles at BBC, where Jack led design initiatives for award-winning projects like Wimbledon and Glastonbury, and improved mobile app discoverability. Additional experience encompasses UX design roles at The Co-operative Bank plc and Prospects.ac.uk, complemented by a BA in Digital Media and Communications from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
