Lulu Lam has over six years of experience in product localization and marketing, currently serving as Assistant Manager of Product Localization at Trip.com since November 2018. Previous roles at Trip.com include Senior Product Localization Specialist, Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist, Senior Ecommerce Specialist, Content Marketing Specialist, and Content Editor. Prior to that, Lulu worked at Spring Public Relations from January 2017 to September 2018 as a Copywriter and Project Assistant. Lulu holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Hong Kong Metropolitan University, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
