Tristan Chin

Tristan Chin is an experienced professional in the field of education and language translation, currently serving as Translation Manager at Trip.com since August 2022. Previously, Tristan held multiple roles at BE Education from September 2014 to August 2022, including Head of Learning and Development, where a comprehensive training program for Study Abroad staff was developed and delivered. As a Senior Education Consultant, Tristan conducted extensive interviews with Chinese students and met with parents to assess their educational needs. Earlier experience includes positions as an English Language Instructor at Longwin Modern English and an English Second Language Teacher at Suzhou Municipal Education Bureau, where classroom management and teacher mentorship were key responsibilities. Tristan's academic background includes a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham and a Mandarin language qualification from Suzhou University.
