Curtis Valente

Curtis Valente is a Senior Desktop Engineer at TripAdvisor since February 2015, responsible for managing the JIRA ticketing system, providing Helpdesk support in the New York office and remotely, conducting new hire IT orientation, and maintaining conference room technology. Prior to this role, Curtis Valente worked at Apple from July 2007 to February 2015, where positions included Senior Desktop Support and Genius, contributing to the opening of the Holyoke, MA store and later transferring to the Fifth Avenue Flagship location in New York.
