Geoff Gouvalaris

Geoff Gouvalaris has a diverse work experience that spans across several companies. Geoff started their career at Deloitte in 1989, working in the Audit Department for a year. Geoff then joined Interactive Data in 1998 and held various positions such as Corporate Accounting Manager, Assistant Corporate Controller, and eventually became the Corporate Controller where they oversaw U.S. GAAP accounting and financial reporting. In 2011, they moved to TripAdvisor as the Senior Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting, where they successfully transitioned all public company reporting requirements from the previous parent company, Expedia. Geoff's most recent role at TripAdvisor was as the Vice President of Accounting and Reporting, where they were responsible for writing and leading SEC filings, managing complex technical accounting, and leading M&A integration and accounting.
