At Tripadvisor, Richard held multiple positions including Senior Director of Engineering, Director of Engineering, Senior Technical Manager, and Technical Manager. Richard was responsible for managing engineering teams, overseeing product development, and improving customer experiences. Richard also played a crucial role in launching new venture products and driving engineering robustness.
