Svetlana Goncharenko, PhD 🇺🇦, is a Lead People Analyst at Tripadvisor. Previously, Svetlana held various roles including Project Manager & Research Scientist at the University of Rhode Island, Psychodiagnostic Assessor at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and Research Technician at Boston University.
