Hasti Ershadi, Ph.D., MS

Hasti Ershadi, Ph.D., MS has over 10 years of experience across various industries in roles related to human resources, operations, and coaching. Hasti currently works as a Human Resources Manager at Tripalink since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Blueground from 2021 to 2023, where they contributed to the growth and development of the real estate and hospitality industries through effective talent acquisition. Hasti was also the Director of HR and Operations at A&D Home Health Care and Affordable Home Care from 2016 to 2022, where they provided operational and strategic leadership in the areas of human resources, finance, and marketing. In addition, they worked as an Executive & Life Coach at Pathforward from 2018 to 2021, where they provided guidance to individuals and organizations in the areas of leadership, career development, and personal growth. Hasti also gained experience at Kaiser Permanente as an SSD Staff Business Specialist, System Solutions Deployment from 2014 to 2016 and at NT-Fabrics as a Human Resources Manager from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Assistant at Alliant International University from 2011 to 2013.

Hasti Ershadi has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UCLA which they earned between the years of 2006 and 2008. Between 2009 and 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University-Los Angeles. From 2013 to 2017, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology also from Alliant International University-Los Angeles.
