Prior experience includes founding Fresh Food Market in Phnom Penh, analyzing projects at CIM Group, and managing engineering projects at Pankow Builders. Jay earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Cum Laude, from UCLA in 2015.
