Jerry Wojenski

Jerry Wojenski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the student housing industry. Currently serving as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Tripalink since October 2024, Wojenski previously held leadership roles at Varsity Campus, including Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer from August 2014 to October 2024. Previous experience includes roles as Area Manager at Campus Apartments, General Manager at American Campus Communities, and Assistant General Manager at Education Realty Trust, where oversight of operations and staff management was critical. Wojenski also coordinated special events for Second Chance Pet Adoptions and began the career as a Leasing Consultant at Campus Property Management. Educational credentials include an MBA from East Carolina University and a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Law Studies and a B.S. in Information Science & Technology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
