Jiaxin Liu

Jiaxin Liu has four years of work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Business Intelligence Specialist at Tripalink. Jiaxin was later promoted to Business Development Analyst, where they analyzed pricing, vacancy rate, and concession trends of multifamily properties and adjusted apartment prices by compiling reports about regional multifamily market and demographics with Excel and Tableau. Jiaxin also saved 50% of time for the department to synchronize project progress by creating a department work process database on Monday.com and completing data visualization through dashboard. In addition, they increased business development efficiency by cleaning up data of multifamily properties with Python and sorting out titles and contact information of all property owners and brokers into lists. Furthermore, they underwrote residential apartments scaled from 30 beds to 300+ beds for master leasing purposes.

From 2019 to 2020, Jiaxin Liu held three positions at San Jose State University. Jiaxin worked as a Teaching Assistant in Accounting, Researching Assistant in Hospitality Marketing, and Teaching Assistant in Finance.

In 2020, they interned at A.I. Portfolio Inc. as a Social Media Analyst. During this role, they proposed improvement suggestions to the product design team after preparing an analysis report by drawing comparisons between competing products on the basis of unique features, markets, prices, preferences, etc. Jiaxin also built a video team with one designer and one content writer to create educational YouTube videos. In addition, they monitored video quality and enhanced teamwork efficiency through communication skills and process improvement skills. Furthermore, they brought 5k+ subscribers to cryptocurrency education channel and IPO companies analysis channel by analyzing video performance data and audiences' behaviors to improve video quality. Additionally, they prepared pitch decks, sales decks, and pricing documents to support business development activities. Jiaxin also assisted designers to understand the company's business and structure and design the company's official website together. Lastly, they assisted the CEO in standardizing and optimizing software development processes, setting roadmaps for short and long-term work, managing priorities, and monitoring progress to meet objectives.

In 2019, Jiaxin Liu was a Digital Marketing Intern at IEEE for the IEEE Industry Summit on Future Technology for Smart Cities. During this role, they applied Word on designing and printing summit receipts, applied Word, Excel, and Google Sheets on designing and printing Registration Sheet, and posted and promoted summit information through LinkedIn and WeChat.

Jiaxin Liu is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics with a Statistics Concentration from San Jose State University. Jiaxin began their studies in 2018 and is expected to complete their degree in 2022.
