Jim Cude has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jim started their career in 1984 serving in the US Army's 82d Airborne Division as a member of the 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment. After leaving the military, they joined NCR in 1987 as a Technology Consultant, where they provided support for PCs, servers, and office LAN. Jim also played a vital role in managing NCR's global Microsoft Exchange infrastructure. In 2002, they became Vice President of CJ Furniture Inc, an ecommerce business, where they oversaw day-to-day operations, focused on business development, increased product offerings, and enhanced customer service. Jim then joined Verizon as a Fiber Customer Support Analyst for a brief period before moving to Lanyon in 2008 as a Senior Customer Support Analyst. At Lanyon, they held the role for nearly nine years until 2017. In the same year, they worked as a Senior Product Consultant at Cvent for seven months before transitioning to ECi Software Solutions as a Software Support Specialist. Most recently, since 2018, they have been working at TRIPBAM, Inc. as a Technical Support Analyst.

Jim Cude attended Tarrant County College from 1988 to 1989. Jim studied business during their time at the college. There is no information provided regarding the degree they pursued.
