Triple A Restaurant Group was formed in 2008 with the purchase of a historic Café Central in downtown El Paso. Later in 2010, Triple A acquired the existing franchise of Famous Dave’s Barbecue in El Paso. Since then, Triple A has grown the Famous Dave’s brand from 2 to 10 restaurants in Texas, Arizona, and Nevada with additional properties under development in Arizona and Nevada.
In 2017 Triple A opened the first West Texas Chop House in El Paso. 
Triple A’s most recent project is the acclaimed Chapa restaurant in Cd. Juarez, Mexico.
