Andrew Hayek is a seasoned healthcare entrepreneur and executive, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Triple Aim Partners since May 2019. Under Andrew Hayek's leadership, Triple Aim Partners has co-founded several innovative healthcare companies, including Prospero Health, ArchWell Health, firsthand, Synapse Health, Luminary Hospice, Oasis Health, Diverge Health, and GuideLight Health, all aimed at transforming and improving the healthcare experience. Andrew Hayek also holds leadership roles as Co-Founder and Chairman in multiple organizations, including firsthand, Synapse Health, Oasis Health, Luminary Hospice, Diverge Health, and GuideLight Health, focusing on enhancing care and outcomes for underserved populations. Additionally, Andrew Hayek co-founded One World Surgery, a nonprofit initiative providing surgical care in underserved regions, and is a Henry Crown Fellow at The Aspen Institute. Andrew Hayek earned a B.A., summa cum laude from Yale University.
