Molly Smith is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in management and service. Currently serving as the General Manager at Triple Creek Ranch, A Montana Hideaway since January 2022, Molly previously held positions including Director of Service at The Hammond Kitchen and Craft Bar and Assistant General Manager and Director of Food and Beverage at The Inn at Hastings Park - Relais & Châteaux. With earlier roles ranging from server at Ok Omens to various positions at Triple Creek Ranch, including a previous tenure as General Manager, Molly has developed a comprehensive skill set in hospitality operations. An educational background in Hospitality and Restaurant Management was obtained from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Portland.
