Cam Kelly Shrauder

Kelly Shrauder, CAM, has over a decade of experience in property management and project accounting. Since March 2014, Kelly has worked at Triple Crown Corporation, advancing from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager, where responsibilities include providing administrative support for four rental communities totaling 469 units, managing all rent payment applications, and overseeing rent collection procedures. Prior to this role, Kelly served as a Project Accountant at SAIC from October 2003 to February 2014, managing over 350 projects and handling new project setups.
