Charlie Haury

Charlie Haury is currently the Principal Partner and Co-Founder at Triple E Partners. Prior to this, they were with PSI Group from January 2003 to December 2008 where they were the Sr. Resource Manager. Charlie was responsible for recruiting Senior Level Information Technology Professionals, Engineers, and Creative Professionals. Charlie led a recruiting staff of 4 – 7 entry and mid level recruiters and completed full lifecycle recruiting responsibilities including sourcing candidates, interviewing, prepping and debriefing interviews, negotiating contracts, and finalizing placements. Charlie closed difficult and hard to fill candidates for the entire company. Charlie averaged 4 placements a month and was a Presidents club achiever, at least 520K in spread, in 2005, 2006, and 2007. Charlie was also over 120% of year end goal in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Before PSI Group, Charlie was with CompHealth from January 2001 to December 2003 as a Recruiting Specialist. Charlie was responsible for recruiting specialized physicians nationwide with a focus on Cardiologist, Endocrinologist, Internal Medicine, Gastrointestinal, and Pediatricians. Charlie worked on full life cycle recruiting including finding physicians, setting up hospital visits, travel arrangements, checking certifications, interviewing, negotiating contracts, and closing contracts. Charlie was 150% of year end goal in 2003 and 2004 and promoted to a lead recruiting position in 2003.

Charlie Haury has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from The Ohio State University.
