Tara Krivoruchka, SHRM-SCP

Tara Krivoruchka, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tara has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 2002 as an Office Manager/Trainer at Red Robin, where they were responsible for benefits administration, HR policy creation, and employee training.

In 2004, Tara joined the Boys & Girls Club of Dane County as an Administrative Director and later became the Director of Special Events & Volunteers, where they successfully raised over $500,000 and managed projects for the Allied Family Center.

In 2007, Tara became the President of L.I.F.Training ATHLETIC & FITNESS CLUB, overseeing daily operations, executing marketing programs, and attracting 100 new members to the facility.

From 2008 to 2011, Tara worked as an Internet Sales Manager at Ballweg Family of Dealerships, managing internet leads and training staff on CRM and customer retention processes.

Tara then transitioned to the media industry, joining Broadcast Interactive Media in 2011 as a Partner Development Manager and later becoming a Regional Sales Manager. In these roles, Tara grew the ad network, brought on new publishers, and increased revenue through the sale of on-air and digital packages.

In 2013, Tara joined MdotLabs as the Manager of Partner Development, where they contributed to the development and acquisition of the product AdSecure. This achievement led to its acquisition by comScore, Inc. in 2014, where Tara worked as a Sales Manager, focusing on developing new business and supporting the sales process.

In 2015, Tara became a Business Development Manager at Hing, simplifying the hiring process for clients by curating the best technology candidates.

Tara then transitioned to Triple E Partners in 2016 as an HR Director, overseeing employee onboarding, benefits administration, and day-to-day management. Additionally, they briefly served as a Business Development Manager at Triple E Partners.

Tara's most recent position is as the Vice President at MK Strategic Resources, starting in 2017.

Throughout their career, Tara has demonstrated their ability to excel in HR, business development, sales, and management roles.

Tara Krivoruchka, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. Tara also completed a small business program in the field of study at the same university in 2002. Prior to their college education, Tara graduated from Rosemount Sr High School and earned a High School Diploma in General Studies in 1998. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in July 2021.
