Charlie Karustis has over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, holding various roles in business development, project development, and management. Charlie is currently a Senior Director of Business Development at Triple Oak Power, where they focus on developing renewable energy projects. Previously, they served as the Chief Development Officer at Halo Energy, where they led the design of a micro wind turbine. Charlie also founded Yavi Services and Yavi Energy, where they managed the operations of wind farms in California. Charlie held senior-level positions at Ogin Inc. and Iberdrola Renewables, where they oversaw project development and managed technical services. Additionally, they worked at Third Planet Windpower and Tetra Tech EC, where they led business development and operations management.
Charlie Karustis attended Westfield High School from 1983 to 1986. Charlie then went on to attend Boston College from 1986 to 1990 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
