Robert Olsen, RPL, RWA has over 9 years of experience in the energy industry, working in various roles such as Manager of Business Development, Landman, and Land Tech. Robert has worked at companies such as Triple Oak Power, CenterPoint Energy, Holland Land Resources, Maverick Natural Resources LLC, Vanguard Natural Resources Inc., Killam Oil Company, and Spectra Energy. Robert'sresponsibilities have included conducting due diligence, auditing represented ownership in leases, wells and contracts, drafting various oil and gas agreements, negotiating and drafting various oil and gas agreements and managing drilling programs, among other duties. Robert has also mentored less experienced colleagues, provided project presentations to management, and coordinated title checks and leasing programs with field landmen. Robert'sareas of work experience have spanned multiple states including W. TX, S. TX, NM, MT, ND, PA, WY, and UT.
Robert Olsen attended Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business where they earned a degree in Energy Commerce. In 2019, they obtained a Registered Professional Landman (RPL) certification from the AAPL- American Association of Professional Landmen. In 2022, they obtained a Right of Way Agent Certification (RWA) from the International Right of Way Association.
