Marketing Communications Manager — Location: Newark, CA

Job Summary

The Marketing Communications (Marcom) Manager is responsible for executing on marketing strategies that effectively promote Triple Ring’s offerings across all business lines and that help the company achieve its revenue and growth goals. The Marcom Manager will have a natural talent for marketing and sales, be responsible for the implementation of the marketing communications strategy and programs, including advertising, branding, and services promotion.  This role will be communicating with Triple Ring’s target markets, clients, strategic partners, and internal team.  Central to the role will be executing on existing plans for content marketing and account based marketing (ABM). The position will leverage modern tools, including HubSpot and SalesForce CRMs, and contact and enrichment databases to efficiently drive market awareness and engagement. The Marcom Manager will also collaborate closely with leadership, our Design Director, and technical teams to develop a robust content generation process that feeds all marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Execution of Triple Ring’s broad digital marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with leadership and commercial team to understand, develop, and manage corporate messaging and branding
  • Manage ad campaigns, press releases, and other communications with the public, media, and internal team
  • Create and drive the creation of high-quality content including case studies, sales tools, blog posts and website content, whitepapers, and press releases
  • Planning and execution of nurture and drip campaigns through HubSpot platform
  • Maintain content calendar to ensure timely, effective, and consistent content delivery
  • Develop and maintain currency of Triple Ring corporate website and LinkedIn page
  • Planning and execution of LinkedIn Ad campaigns
  • Monitor, analyze, and track ROI of campaigns to optimize results and achieve marketing objectives
  • Day to day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the HubSpot platform
  • Responsible for reporting the CRM health to leadership and ensuring action to keep the data health high
  • Drive, plan, and coordinate Triple Ring sponsored events to amplify messaging
  • Lead special projects as needed

Education, Experience and Skills

  • BS/BA degree in science or engineering field required
  • 5+ plus years of marketing experience in healthcare, medical device, or life science related companies, professional services industry a plus
  • Attention to detail balanced with creativity
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • HubSpot CRM and Salesforce CRM experience
  • History of developing content and driving market awareness and customer engagement
  • Understanding of healthcare products and services at a technical and marketing level
  • Experience with social media marketing using LinkedIn and experience with Google Ad campaigning
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques
  • Strong listening skills, excellent English language written, and oral communications required
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Innate team player/collaborator, positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, creative, proactive, and strong work ethic are required
  • Ability to work onsite in Newark, CA at least 3 days per week
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

The annual salary range for jobs which are performed in US, California is $85,000.00 to $110,000.00. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and work location.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which requires working onsite a minimum of 3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and 1-day of your choice. In certain circumstances the hybrid work model may change to accommodate business needs.
