Pompy Dutta

Pompy was born and grew up in the quaint town of Jorhat in India, famous for its extensive tea gardens. She did her Bachelor of Science Degree with Physics as the Major and went on to complete her Masters in Human Resource and Organizational Development from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. She started her career in India, working in various capacities, in the areas of Human Resource Management ranging from recruitment and selection, payroll and compensation management, performance appraisals, grievance handling, relationship management and training and development in a wide array of industries.

She moved to America along with her family to pursue the American dream in 2015 and restarted her career in a couple of organizations in the Bay Area. Backed by her 13 years of experience in Human Resource Management, she learned fast and quickly got adapted to work and processes of various HR functions in her role. She also took on new challenges in her last organization to work in the area of HR compliance.

Outside the office, Pompy loves to travel, is a learner, and is a nature lover - visited 32 US National Parks so far, and keeps herself informed on world news, particularly sports.
